Wishbone Earrings
Material List:
1 ft. of 20-gauge gold filled or sterling silver wire
2 Top drilled glass Briolette
Round Nose Pliers
Chain Nose Pliers
Flush Cutters
Step 1. Cut a 6” piece of wire for one earring.
Step 2. Place your round nose 2 ¼” down on the wire. Now intersect your wires. Should look like a wishbone with a loop on the top.
Step 3. With your chain nose, create one side of a triangle (right angle bend) bending wire towards the outside. Repeat for other side.
Step 4. Now create another right angle bend going towards to the inside. Repeat for other side.
Step 5. Place your briolette on one side of wire make the 3 rd right angle bend to finish forming the triangle. If any wire is crossing over after forming the completed triangle just trim the wire. Repeat for other side. Some shaping may have to be done when both earrings are completed. Then just add your earwire to the loop at the top of earring.
